A business opportunity in France for those with sales experience and good negotiating skills.
Background: LBV Immo is a France-based estate agency specialising in the sale and purchase of properties in two popular areas of France - North West France and Provence. Although the business began only in 2012, we have already established ourselves as market leaders in terms of business ethos, professionalism, and attention to detail. Time and again we've gone the 'extra mile' to help clients who felt they were being neglected by other agencies.
The estate agency business in France is highly regulated and we ensure that clients, whether vendors or purchasers, receive the correct advice at all stages of the buying or selling process.
Business Opportunity: As a property negotiator (an 'Agent Commercial' in French) you will need to be motivated, professional and preferably have some prior sales experience. Although you will be responsible for handling enquiries received by Head Office from vendors wishing to sell property in your dedicated territory, you will also need to be highly motivated and pro-active in your area in order to source new clients wishing to sell property upon which you will receive commissions when the sale is finalised through LBV Immo. You will also take potential purchasers who result from our extensive marketing and advertising, to view properties, and will handle negotiations when offers of purchase are made.
This opportunity allows agents 'flexible working' but is best suited to those seeking a high return for effort through a full-time commitment.
What Agents receive in return: In addition to the standard 'package' (exclusive territory, training course, operations manual, etc), you will receive commissions based on the overall fees earned by LBV Immo on successful property sales. You have no outgoings other than your own time - the marketing of our mandated properties is all paid for by Central Office. We run a close-knit team and full support is provided in what can be quite a stressful occupation!
Suitable applicants: Prior experience in property sales is not strictly necessary, as full training will be given, but suitable applicants will certainly have some form of customer-relations experience. They will also have a basic level of IT skills (including the ability to use a computer to input data) good 'people skills', a professional approach to discussing large sums of money, experience of working on their own initiative and without supervision, and the ability to manage their time effectively.
The cost to join: Initial joining fee to cover the standard package: €500.
Ongoing costs: €50.00 per month + TVA for use of the management/sales software system.
